TPGR sets up the Integration Management Office (IMO best practices) and drives the various value functional streams (3-4) to streamline all complexities. Your VCP (Value Creation Program) projects your EBITDA to grow with 4 value streams and 12 projects as a result of a strategy firm’s diagnostic. The bandwidth of the executive team is not set up to combine this with ongoing business operations. The sponsor/GP requires a PMO set up geared towards starting, accelerating and managing the portfolio of services. Our operating partner sets up the PMO, drives the steerco meetings and leverages our consultants and project managers to drive the projects in a co-execution spirit with the executive teams. In the process, we upgrade your skills and leave a system and tools, ready for scalability. Our tech-enabled solution TrackPoint supports further iterations on value creation streams in case the EBITDA gap needs to be closed further.
